Today wed like to introduce you to Taylor Rhodes.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Taylor. So, lets start at the beginning and we can move on from there.My brothers and I were raised in Spokane, WA, where we grew up sailing, water skiing and wakeboarding on the colder lakes of the Pacific Northwest. During that time we always joked around about putting a hot tub in our boat.
After college and moving to San Diego, my now wife, brothers and I set out to do just that. We found a terrific location, at Mission Bay Sportcenter boat rentals, to operate our business out of. After our Hot Tub Cruisin boat design was approved by the US Coast Guard, we began construction of our custom Hot Tub Cruisin boat from scratch. We started the build at our Uncles property, then finished up at the Mission Bay Sportcenters on sight boatyard.
After about a year of business startup processes, city/county permitting, and boat construction, we began operations on Memorial Day Weekend 2014. About to head into our fifth year of successful Hot Tub Cruisin boat rentals now, we have two locations with two boats and are looking at expanding our operations to new markets, as well as begin building and selling our custom Hot Tub Cruisin boats for others personal, commercial, and franchise partnership uses.
The boats seat up to 10 guests. The hot tub water is adjustable depending on weather/air temperature and the renters personal preference.

Our beautiful waterfront paddle center on Mission Bay features dockside rentals and unlimited parking in the dirt lot across the street. The equipment is ready to go, and you arent left hauling the equipment down the water yourself. Our friendly crew will assist in getting you comfortable with the equipment and out on the calm water with no hassles. At this time, we do not allow off-site transportation of our rentals thank you for your understanding.
All rentals include the following : paddle, life jacket , seat back, spray skirt, bilge pump/paddle float, float bags, leash.
Please note: Credit Card deposit and ID required for all rentals.
Minimum renter age is 18+. Children 10+ may have their own equipment but must be accompanied by an adult on the water. Minimum passenger age is 5 years old, children 12 and under are required to wear a PFD at all times.
