Hayward eVac Pro pool cleaner. One good point :- when it is on the pool floor it does a good job. Now for the bad 1.The cable needs de-kinking at least after every use by disconnecting from the cart. 2. The robot does a ‘ballet dance’ during the clean which renders it useless. 3. The fragile cable connection to the machine is stressed during every clean by the in-line kinking . 4. No matter what setting you choose, the machine will spend ages trying to clean the sides which sets off the ballet dance or will lie on its back like a stranded beetle. All in all, these wired machines have problems. I would recommend you fill in your pool as, with the cost of heating, it is more trouble than it’s worth. Or maybe make it a fish pond.

Very Poor Customer Service

Used company for many years. Pool heat exchanger failed after 1 year. Same chemical conditions as the exact same heat exchanger that lasted 6 years before. No refund or exchange !!! Their view was the manufacturer said the only failure mechanism was the chemicals. Totally ignoring any weld defects. Then they ask me to send it back to the manufacturer at my cost so they can tell me the same thing. Be very careful with this company. Very very poor customer service
