If youve been to Pooler recently, you know that the Tanger Outlets Savannah is THE place to be for all of your shopping needs . Tanger Outlets Savannah features many well-known retailers such as the Coach, Nike Factory Store and Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store and many more loved stores. For those whod rather eat than shop, theres the 1950s-style hamburger restaurant Johnny Rockets. Those with a taste for the sweet or salty can go to the Great American Cookies. Local offerings include Savannah-based Salt Table, The Peanut Shop, Ms. Pollys Cake Giants and Savannahs Candy Kitchen .
The newest additions to the Tanger Outlets Savannah include Forever 21, a favorite among young women for the latest fads in clothes, accessories & shoes and H& M a Swedish company. While most H& M goods are more reasonably priced than J. Crew or Gap, they bring on celebrities like David Beckham and collaborate with high-end designers including, Karl Lagerfeld of Chanel, Versace and most recently Alexander Wang, which promotes glitz and glamour but at cheaper prices available to the masses.
Centrally located, the mega outdoor shopping mall is an easy jaunt on I-95, located at 200 Tanger Outlet Boulevard in Pooler, Georgia.

When youre this close to the Atlantic Coast, a trip to the beach is in order and Tybee Island makes for the perfect day trip. Start at the Tybee Island Light Station & Museum and climb the 178 steps to the top of the lighthouse for some amazing views of the area. Tanger Outlets Savannah Hosting Polar Express Family Movie Even
Tanger Outlets Savannah is celebrating the holiday season with the Polar Express Family Movie Event Presented by StateFarm Agent Jeff Brinson on from 4 8 p.m. The open-air outlet destination will provide shoppers with a wide range of family-friendly festivities to celebrate the holidays, including train rides a gingerbread jump house selfies with Santa and the Grinch and even snowfall!
From 4 6 p.m., the children can hop on train rides, jump in the gingerbread bounce house and take photos with Santa and the Grinch! From 6 8 p.m., the Polar Express will play on an inflatable screen by the lighthouse. Families are encouraged to come dressed in pajamas and bring blankets and chairs to stay cozy outside! There will be hot chocolate and popcorn available for purchase.
In addition, Tanger Outlets Savannah will bring the North Pole to the south with snowfall throughout the evening!

Tanger Outlets Savannah New Regional Retail Mecca
With its 85 brand-name stores, freshly poured asphalt and a red-and-white lighthouse to beckon shoppers traveling on Interstate 95, Tanger Outlets Savannah looks right at home as the area’s newest regional shopping hub.
For longtime mall developer Ben Carter, it was more than 10 years in the making, though actual construction took just one year from start to finish for the first phase of the outlet mall.
The mall will have its grand opening at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 16, with co-developers Carter and Steven Tanger, president and CEO of the Greensboro, N.C.-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, on stage to cut the ribbon. The event will be hosted by HGTV’s Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott.
During an interview last week on site, Carter said seeing the rapid development of Pooler Parkway, where more than 50 restaurants and retail stores have opened since 2014, indicates he made the right decision.
“It’s proof that it was a great trade area, a great location,” he said.
The opening weekend is projected to bring about 25,000 shoppers, an unprecedented volume of traffic off the I-95 interchange at Pooler Parkway.
“Pooler has been a major growth area for years. Obviously that stalled some during the recession, but it’s coming back quickly,” Carter said.
Carter said he first saw the property in 2005 after opening the upscale St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville – he recently sold his stake there – and was attracted to the Pooler property because of its prime location.
