Kenosha swimming pool supplier, Doheny Enterprises, Inc., is building a 175,000-square-foot office;and distribution center;in Pleasant Prairie.
The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved preliminary site and operational plans Monday for the companys new building;that will be built on 16.67 acres at the southeast corner of Highway 165 and 80th;Avenue in the LakeView Corporate Park.
Approximately;163,000 square feet of the proposed building to be dedicated to warehouse space;and ;15,000 square feet will be dedicated to office functions. The new building will consolidate warehousing space from three buildings currently located;in Kenosha.
The company was established in 1967. Doheny operates ten distribution centers nationwide and has had a presence in Kenosha County for 20 years.
Doheny sells swimming pool supplies to consumers and commercial markets via catalogs, websites, outbound telemarketing, and a local retail pool store.
Approximately 55 full-time and 140 part-time employees are expected to work at;the new facility.

Received it promptly, East to install and works well. My only concern was it did not come with any maintenance instructions. We never received a confirmation of what we actually ordered, just an email stating that our order was placed. The invoice shows the products that were shipped, maybe. All of the products were thrown into one box all jumbled up. We have no idea whether we received what we ordered and if there are items that we did not order.
