A Great Selection Of Bars Nightclubs And Adult

Best Hotel in Las Vegas – Cosmopolitan Hotel Review & Pool Party

Like the restaurant collection, the bar scene at The Cosmopolitan is impressive. The most famous bar, the Chandelier, is a multi-story, multi-experience drinking venue housed within the shimmering crystals of a three-story chandelier. The Chandelier bar is one of the hotels most social-media-ready spots, and its iridescent lights are a recognizable feature. Equally buzz-worthy is Vesper Bar, named for the Vesper martini made famous by James Bond in Ian Flemings 1953 novel, Casino Royale. Guests can also imbibe at Ghost Donkey, a mezcal and tequila bar, Clique, an artistic lounge, and the Study, a speakeasy within Rose.Rabbit.Lie. Marquee, The Cosmopolitans signature nightclub, is one of the most sought-after club experiences in Vegas. The 60,000-square-foot space has multiple levels, including a rooftop patio that overlooks the Strip.

Guests looking for something to do at night other than gamble or bar hop will find other nightlife options at The Chelsea, an intimate concert venue, and Opium, a a live adult-only show.

Home To Some Of The Best Restaurants In Vegas

The Cosmopolitan is home to some of the most noteworthy restaurants on the Strip. New York hotspots like Beauty & Essex, Blue Ribbon, Momofuku, Milk Bar, Scarpetta, and STK are buzzy eateries that attract travelers from all over the world. Other popular names include Nashvilles Hattie Bs, Los Angeles Eggslut, and Portlands Pok Pok Wing and Lardo. Additionally, celebrity chef Jose Andres has three restaurants within the hotel:China Poblano, É by Jose Andres, and Jaleo. Wicked Spoon is The Cosmopolitans answer to the compulsory over-the-top buffet. Its regularly lauded as one of the best buffets on the Strip, and isnt as insanely priced as some of its competitors. Rose.Rabbit.Lie., a speakeasy-style supper club, offers different dining experiences several nights per week. In total, The Cosmopolitan has 26 dining venues. No matter the time of year or day of the week, reservations are strongly recommended.

Best Adult Pools In Las Vegas

Out of all the adult pools in Las Vegas, I found these 10 to be the best. Youll notice that the list mostly consists of official pool parties. Thats because many of the European pools in Las Vegas simply dont get that busy. A few do, but most dont.

I also kept most of the normal adult pools off of the top-10 list. This is mainly due to the fact that only hotel guests can access those pools. If youre not a guest, then you cant get in.

Three Pools With Distinct Atmospheres

Any Vegas hotel worth its salt needs to have a good pool . The Cosmopolitan impresses with three distinct options. The Boulevard pool is the largest and most popular. Its a fun space with a upbeat atmosphere and a multi-level sundeck. It has its own bar, plus theres an adjacent restaurant and lounge area with pool tables and multiple flat-screen TVs, as well as private cabanas , cushioned purple daybeds , and in-water lounge chairs. The atmosphere is social, and a tad scene-y, but its never rowdy or over-the-top. In the winter time, the Boulevard pool transforms into an outdoor ice skating rink.

Guests looking for a daytime party atmosphere will want to check out the Marquee Dayclub pool, which is an extension of Marquee nightclub. Marquee is a 21-and-older day club with a non-stop party atmosphere. Its multi-level pool deck hosts one of Vegas hottest day-time parties, though like the Boulevard pool, Marquee is seasonal.

The Chelsea pool is intended to be the hotels family-friendly, quiet oasis, though its often so crowded that the atmosphere isnt quite relaxing. The Chelsea pool is ideal for guests who want to escape the see-and-be-seen environs of Vegas. There are no loud music or exotic parties, and theres a casual bar where guests can eat and drink in their bathing suits. Chelsea is The Cosmopolitans only pool thats open year-round.

Drais Beachclub The Cromwell

Pool Video Tour of the Cosmopolitan Vegas Boulevard Pool Deck. Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Vegas Strip
  • Price $20 Women $30 Men
  • Features Live DJs and club atmosphere during the Day.

During the week Drais beach club is an average Hotel pool for an average hotel. Being rooftop makes it a little better but its not exactly mindblowing. However, at weekends, it converts to an ultra-hip rooftop Beachclub. If you are looking for somewhere to keep the party going 24/7 this could get you through those long boring days.

Cabana prices are pretty reasonable during the week but at the weekend beach club, they go through the roof and cost $1000s. This reflects the kind of clientele that frequent here and it really is a place to be seen. While these prices are pretty crazy they are minimum spends and if there is a large group all spending hard on bottle service it can get covered pretty quickly. If its a Bachelorette Blowout it can be worth the expense for a one-off.

But entry is only $20-30 with no reservation and that is a similar cover charge to most nightclubs. Expect nightclub prices on drinks too. In fact, Drais really is just a typical Glitzy Vegas Nightclub, By a pool, during the day!

A Special Note On Family Friendly Pools In Las Vegas

It should be noted that some of the family pools in Las Vegas curated for this list do require guests of the pool area to be registered guests of the hotel.

This is primarily done for safety purposes, as the hotel will want to make sure they can account for everyone and anyone who may be in the pool area.

Another reason why pool areas and complexes may require you to be a registered guest of the hotel is to avoid overcrowding, which is certainly a possible problem in certain circumstances.

If you are not sure whether or not the pool in question requires you to be a registered hotel guest in advance, call up the hotel and ask them about their policies regarding gentry without registration.

In some cases, you may be simply let inor you may be asked to pay a special fee reserved for people who arent hotel guests. In some cases, however, you cannot enter at all without being a guest.

To avoid showing up and being turned away unnecessarily, remember to always call ahead to find out where you will be taking your family to rest during your vacation.
