Whatever is missing from the drawing must be added to the FAX cover sheet. Make sure to got bids from multiple subs from each trade, most of the time, try to get at least three. This insures that a particular sub is not over-charging you. Most of the subs in our example came within 10% of each other. Having a line itemization helps because then you can compare the quote line by line to see where the discrepancies are.
