Outdoor Pools Open In February
Traveling to LasVegas in February and even thou it’s not really hot in Vegas it’s better than -20. We are looking to sit in the sun and get some vitamin D and maybe a little color to take back to the frigid north. I here most pools are closed that time of year but are any resort pools open? My hotel decision will be based on that amenity.
Wynn keeps a pool open all year, as does MGM and I believe Bellagio and Mandalay Bay. But check for sure, things change often in Las Vegas.
Aria has a heated pool open all year. They also have several very large hot tubs that you might enjoy in cooler weather.
Mirage advertises they keep an open outdoor pool heated year round as well.

Where are you staying? MGM, Mandalay, Luxor, NYNY, MonteCarlo, Paris, Mirage, TI, CAesars all have a pool open, unless snow or rain or storms. IP/Terd/Quad/Link’s Best Western pool wont be open until they remodel it in early summer, and Ballys is always closed.

Paris has a pool open year round, Bally’s guests can use the pool at Paris.
Finding a pool will not be all that hard.
Finding a day with temps above 55* may be a bit more challenging.

What Kind Of Music Does Daylight Beach Club Play
The music and performer lineup at the Daylight Beach Club is quite varied, and guests can expect to hear anything from EDM to hip hop.
Currently, the club hosts Jeezy and DJ Drama as residents who regularly warm up the crowd with a selection of the hottest music.

Best Indoor Pools Las Vegas
These are the off-Strip hotels with indoor pools. Hotels located off of the Las Vegas Strip are typically more affordable than their counterparts on the Strip. Each of these Las Vegas hotels offers an excellent deal if you want access to a swimming pool. Just keep in mind that youll have to travel to the Strip.

Does Mandalay Bay Pool Have Lockers
Yes, lockers are available within the Mandalay Bay Beach & Pool grounds and can be rented for $20 per day. A $10 key deposit is required if guests pay with cash.
To make use of a Mandalay Bay pool locker, speak with staff at the main entrance. Once payment has been made, a staff member will direct you to an available locker.
Take A Trip To The Spa
Another place to find a pool to take a dip at any time of year is at one of the Las Vegas day spas. Many of them have plunge pools and jacuzzis that you can purchase a day pass to enjoy. Additionally, when you purchase a spa treatment, access to the club amenities is usually included to take advantage of when you are done.

Las Vegas Winter Pool Party
If you are looking for something to do during the day throughout the weekend then you need to check out that they have been doing for the past two years. The Marquee Dayclub Dome is not open every weekend, so it didnt make really make this list, but the Dome is the only pool party out of the pools.

If you do an online search for indoor pools Las Vegas, youll find a couple of websites that list out all of the indoor swimming pools. However, after doing some research myself, I have found that many of these sites are inaccurate. Here are some of the popular hotels that DO NOT have indoor pools:

Planet Hollywood’s pool is great, but the problem is that from midafternoon on, it becomes party central, so unless you go early in the day, the atmosphere becomes inappropriate for kids. How Many Pools Does Mandalay Bay Have
There are 8 pools located within the Mandalay Bay Beach pool area. Theres the Mandalay Bay wave pool, the West lagoon, and the East lagoon as the main pools. Then there are 2 smaller pools within the beach clubs .
Theres also the lazy river and a few shallow pools that are ideal for young children. The Lazy River offers a steady 3 miles per hour stream where you can float on an innertube. The largest pool is the Mandalay Bay wave pool, at 1.6 million gallons. The West and East lagoons are considerably smaller but still big enough to bob about and enjoy the scenery.

When Do The Pools Open In Las Vegas Every Day
Open hours differ between hotels and resorts. Most pools are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or somewhere close to those times. Between late summer and early spring when the sun sets early, the pool hours are usually shortened.
If you like to swim at night, you can find a few pools that stay open late. These, however, are rare and mostly exclusive to hotel guests.

Mandalay Bay Pool Map & Location
Clocking in at 11 acres, The Beach at Mandalay Bay is an expansive space! Here is a map of the Mandalay Bay pool area.
To access the pool from the hotel lobby, take the guest elevators down to the beach level and take a right toward Spa Mandalay. Exit the doors and follow the signs to Mandalay Bay Beach. Continue on the path and the entrance to Mandalay Bay Beach is on the right.

Soleil Pool At Paris Las Vegas
Located directly under the replica of the Eiffel Tower, amongst a French-style garden, is the Soleil Pool at Paris Las Vegas.
Cabanas and villas are available to rent, while lounge chairs are free. In addition, the Soleil Pool is available to Paris Las Vegas hotel guests only.
The Soleil Pool is closed during the Winter months, but open from 9 AM to 6 PM during the pool season.
Best Las Vegas Hotels With Indoor Pools
I recently booked a winter trip to Las Vegas but was having a difficult time finding a hotel with an indoor swimming pool. So I did some research to find out which Las Vegas hotels actually have an indoor pool. After calling nearly every hotel in Las Vegas, this is what I found.
There are only 5 hotels near the Las Vegas Strip that have indoor pools:
- Embassy Suites Convention Center Las Vegas
- La Quinta Inn & Suites Tropicana
- Baymont Inn & Suites Las Vegas South Strip
- Bluegreen Club 36
After calling all of the hotels, I realized that a lot of the information online about hotel pools in Las Vegas is either outdated or inaccurate. So, I decided to put together this guide to help you find the best hotel.
In this article, Ill compare the hotels that have indoor pools based on location, price, amenities, and the pool itself. By the end, youll know exactly which ones are actually worth staying at.

A good day at the pool should always include a cooling drink and a quick bite. Guests at the Luxor Pool can head over to Oasis Terrace Snack Bar for poolside food that will leave you feeling satisfied.

The Best Pools In Vegas Open Year Round
First of all, Mandalay Bay Beach has one of the best pools in the U.S. . Morea Beach has 4 pools, including a wave pool, pool club and adults only pool. Pool & beach season at Moorea ends in mid-November. At that time, Moorea becomes the all-ages, heated pool and is open during the fall and winter time. Although the admission to pool parties is open for public, the access to the hotel pools is only allowed for the guests of Mandalay Bay, Delano and Four Season Vegas.
It feels like on a Caribbean vacation at Moorea water relaxation oasis occupies 11 acres and has an aquatic playground. It also has 2,700 tons of real sand, a lazy river, a jogging track. In the middle of it all, is located 1.6-million-gallon stunning wave pool! Mandalay Bay Beach has 3 Jacuzzi, 100 cabanas, day beds, personalized villas and bungalows.
And finally, The Beachside Casino another unique feature of Mandalay Bay Beach. The casino has open-air Beach Bar & Grill for beach guests at the ground level, and blackjack, roulette and craps at the second level.
Mandalay Bay Pool Party Day Clubs
Mandaly Bay day club is a destination for seasonal Vegas pool parties. Their Daylight Beach Club has one of the best DJs coming to Vegas from all over the world. Toptional Moorea Beach Club offers European relaxation with topless bathing. With exclusive dipping pools, day beds, private pavilion, and cushioned chaise lounges this club offers ultimate relaxing experience.

Best Hotel For The Price
If youre looking for a hotel with a heated pool this winter, I would say that Resorts World is the best option. They have the largest pool complex, and its completely open. Almost every other hotel only has one pool open, making Resorts World the clear winner.
However if youre on a budget, I would highly recommend the Park MGM. They have a very good pool and some of the best prices, especially in the winter.
Even though hotels on the Strip have heated pools, there currently arent any with indoor pools. If you prefer heated indoor pools to heated outdoor pools, there are a few hotels close to the Strip that you may want to consider. I wrote another article here about Las Vegas hotels with indoor pools.

Beach Club Pool At Flamingo
The Beach Club Pool at Flamingo features a lagoon with waterfalls and a water slide, both of which are sure to be a hit with kids.
The Beach Club Pool is free of charge to Flamingo and LINQ guests, but open to the public with a cover charge. It is also closed during the Winter months.

Do You Have To Stay At Mandalay Bay To Use The Pool
Yes, you must be a guest of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Hotel to access the resorts amenities, including the Beach and pool area. Hotel guests are permitted entry to the Beach and Pool area for each day of their stay at the hotel .
Before entering the Mandalay Bay Beach & Pool, guests are required to show and scan their room keys. Non-Guests of the hotel are not permitted to use any of the private guest facilities. This allows guests to enjoy the facilities without them getting overcrowded.

Does Mandalay Bay Have A Lazy River
Mandalay Bay has one of the few lazy rivers in Las Vegas for guests to enjoy whilst on the Strip. The Mandalay Bay Lazy River is good sized at a quarter of a mile long, and it is perfect for relaxing and escaping the summer heat.
The lazy river has a steady 3 mile-per-hour water current, allowing guests to float around the entire lazy river circuit in about 10 minutes. Hotel guests can bring their own inner tubes or just as easily rent one from the kiosk. Alternatively, guests can drift down the lazy river without a tube.
In the middle of the lazy river are the river cabanas that can be rented for the day and offer hotel guests an opulent and relaxed experience.
Does Mandalay Bay Have Hot Tubs
Alongside the three large pools, lazy river, and other amenities at the 11-acre Mandalay Bay Beach & Pool area, youll also find several hot tubs. Two tubs are located near the East lagoon, and one is located just to the north of the West lagoon. There are also some private hot tubs within the two day club areas.

Which Las Vegas Pools Are Open In The Winter
While most Las Vegas pools are heated nowadays, some do close for the winter months between mid-October to mid-March. Those that do close are usually only down for a few months during the colder season for Vegas . Some also close for a short time during the winter for maintenance.

However, every hotel is different. If youre unsure, contact your hotel directly. Or, see the chart below for a list of pools that are open during the winter months. If a pool is listed as open during the winter, it is a pretty safe bet that the pool is heated because it does get cold here.
Is Mandalay Bay Wave Pool Heated
The Mandalay Bay wave pool is heated to the same temperature as all of the other pools in the Mandalay Bay Beach & Pool Complex. During the summer, the pools are a comfortable temperature to cool off from the scorching Las Vegas heat.
During winter, the wave pool and the West and East lagoons close, leaving the Adults-only pool at the Moorea Beach Club open. The pool in the beach club is heated to around 82°F .

Are Vegas Hotel Pools For Guests Only
Many of the pools in Las Vegas are for hotel guests only and require you to show your room key. However, if youre not staying in a hotel, swimming in a cool hotel pool is not off the table. Many resort pools are open to the public, though most of them charge a fee.
A few Las Vegas pools even allow free entrance to the public during specific hours or days. However, this is always changing, so its recommended to check beforehand and arrive as early as you can admission to these pools is limited to their capacity.
